Today, woke up... used the computer till my bro woke up, which is so irritating, i mean that of he wants to use the computer, can't he ask it nicely... so much of having a brother... Anyway, putting him aside, let him used the computer, like always... i actaully burnt my fingers today, and man... was it pain... argh!!! i am not going to tell what happened, coz it would be extremely embarassing, coz it is a super dumb thing that i did!!! i quickly grab an ice pack, held it for a while, then took the cream and apply... of course, as i predicted, the pain did not fade, like needles pricking, so i had to keep shaking my hand for at least 45 minutes, virgorously, to lessen the excruciating pain... till now i could feel a little pain... it is rather swollen.. Today... i spent my afternoon with my mum at Plaza Singapura, it was bonding time for me and my mum... hahaha... spend quality time together... I don't know of it was me missing SR too much, i seem to see alot of people in SR walking here an ther, in groups, singles, and even couples... man... was it scary... oh, and i saw June (guides junior) too, miss her whacking me in the past... at first i thought i tapped the wrong person, coz i seriously could hardly recognize her... imagine if it wasn't, that would have been super embarressing!! oh yeah... today read my father's book on success (his recommendation), some was common sense, but some info is quite useful...

This is what i read a few days ago...
The core beliefs of achieving success:
1. Sucess is the process of overcoming obstacles, and all are surmountable.
Dealing with obstacles not resenting or avoiding them, is one quality that separates winners from losers.

2. There are no victims.
Nobody is the victim of an unreasonable, obstructionist boss, unless they choose so. Seize the control of what you already have in your life and invoke your rights to persuit of happiness .

3. Sucess is simple. Not easy, simple. (my personal favorite)
They include persistence, paying attention, calculated risk-taking, smart work, optimism and activism.

4. Its not what you know, it's what you do with what you know that counts. (tiffany's fav)

5. There's never been a better time to achieve success.
If you have persistence and natural common sense, you can create success in your life.

Thats all for today, coz i am seriously dozing off now, typing these things... half asleep... i am out!!!
